I love this author and this is just another of his books I can add to the ever growing 'tbr' pile.

I will try and trade/relay or release this one when I am finished with it.

Wow! This has been sitting on my tbr pile for a year! I have been reading so many other things that I just haven't got around to this. So I am taking it on holiday with me and will read it on the plane and release it at some point in either Cardiff, Amsterdam airport or Vienna airport.

Will edit this post to say what I thought of the book when I am done reading it and also make notes of where it ended up being released.

I found this book on a shelf with a few other BookCrossing books in Coffee Number 1, Wood Street, Cardiff while enjoying a well-earned coffee break during a lovely long weekend in this charming city.

I haven''t read anything by Carl Hiaasen before so don''t know whether this will be to my liking but I''m prepared to try most authors once! With only four books to choose from, this was the most attractive and, even if I don''t read it/enjoy it, I''ll have moved it around a bit in true BookCrossing fashion - into North Yorkshire from Austria via Cardiff :-)

Well that was fun, far more entertaining that I was expecting, although I'm not really sure what I was expecting. I'm a great fan of Medieval Mysteries but read very few contemporary crime novels, finding most of them a bit grim. I'm glad I read this one which has a light-hearted, quirky tone to it.

I hope it's next reader also enjoys it. I'll probably Wild Release it among the BookSwap books at McQueens but in the meantime it's Available ...

I'm giving this to my brother-in-law who's not yet a BookCrosser so I'm introducing him to the site. I hope he joins!
