Bought this at a thrift sale but haven't got around to reading it so off it goes! (I liked the "burglar" books he wrote, though)

Not much mystery here, except when the young 'hero', Chip Harrison, will finally get his ultimate teenage boy wish...

Some very funny moments, a 'send up' of the hard boiled & very male mysteries. Deliberate use of 'clichéd' mystery situations, almost all to do with women.

Chose this book to read because of the gun on the front cover for week #3 of Never Judge a Book By its Cover challenge. It really wasn't my kind of book! But, I read it to the end. Now I know exactly who I am going to release it to. I am sure this person will appreciate it more than me. Hope it's steamy enough.

I tried, I really did. I managed to get 50 pages in before I totally lost interest. Started off interestingly but lost me quickly.

I tried very hard to read this, twice in fact, but even with the steamy sex scene right at the beginning, I had no interest. Hopefully someone else will get some enjoyment out of it!
