For sharing. This is worth a read, just for food for thought, if nothing else.
He offers exercise that you should do every morning (hence the 8 minutes in the morning thing) to tone your body. There are also weekly menus. The problem is that I'm not one to follow a strict weekly menu, particularly since I have another person (MrBish) to feed too. The author is also a big (!) proponent of flaxseed oil. I understand why, since it has a very low percentage of saturated fat and a high percentage of the heart healthier unsaturated fats, but it seemed a little weird to me how much he pushed that. It almost seemed like he owned stock in the flaxseed oil business or something. Ah, well, I suppose everyone has their 'thing'.
I do believe that if someone was willing to strictly follow his instructions, they would lose weight. I'm glad I read the book because I did learn some things.
