Very informative book and I certainly recommend that anyone that works with animals or even has a dog or horse read it. I think that unfortunately the book is marred in at least a couple of places, first where she subjects the reader to a ridiculous tirade against environmentalist and then late in the book when she self-promotes her own system checklists. Both of these cases make her unfortunately appear laughable just when you’ve come to believe in her. There are at least several other much more minor incidents in the book when she makes arguments that probably require fairly large leaps of scientific faith, but for the most part I think that she pretty straight forwardly warns the reader of this. I enjoyed the book very much and sincerely hope that I learn enough to benefit my four leg friends. To Alekz and especially Mustapha I can only say that I am so sorry that I was so ignorant.
