Despite recent contraversy about this book, I still think it's great read. The hardships and trials this character had to overcome to set himself on the right path was inspiring and left me with a sense of hope for individuals with addiction. Although I read it when it was believed to be true, I still think even if I had known that it was a work of fiction, I still would have enjoyed it. Definately a worthwhile read!
