Wow, the movie is one of my favorites, so I was looking forward to reading this book...
It arrived yesterday, and I couldn't put it down until I finished it.
Although it's not like the movie at all, I can still see Susannah's character coming through. Reading her story may have you questioning your own sanity

This was excellent. I thought it would be different and read more like the movie and was thrilled to see that it wasn't. Both are good in their own way and each stand alone. Definitely a recommended read.

I haven't seen the movie. I might like it more than the book. Too much 'technical' stuff at the end lost my interest.

I actually received this a few days ago, but because of Thanksgiving I'm a little bit behind on all of my internet activities. It looks like a great book, and I loved the movie so I can't wait to read this. Thanks for sharing it with me!
I picked this up to start reading it earlier today and I haven't been able to put it down. It's totally different than the movie, which is one of my favorites, but I'm really enjoying it so far. The descriptions she gives of the characters make them really seem to come to life. I'll update this journal again when I've finished reading.
updated 6/27- I finished this book tonight. I just couldn't put it down again once I started reading after work. One thing I didn't like was all of the techincal descriptions near the end of the book, honestly I skipped over some of that. I really think my favorite part was Susanna trying to describe the thought pattern of someone crazy and how just once sentance could be broken down into so many other thoughts and worries.
