I'm hoping with The Money Diet I can make enough savings to pay off my credit cards, and ultimately go back to uni. I'm going to keep track of my progress here!
I imagine I'll want to keep this book for reference, but I may consider releasing it as a book ring at some point.

Well, I've drawn up my budget and it turns out I'm overspending by about £66 per month. Quite relieved as I'd thought it would be much worse than that! I've calculated I can save about £210 a month by cutting back on books, takeaways etc... though the budget is a work in progress!

18 months later, I think an update is past due!
For the past year, I've been consistently earning more than I spend, and slowly paying back my debts. This is despite starting a master's part time this September, and cutting back my hours at work to 30 a week.
The book is useful, but the companion website at www.moneysavingexpert.com is far more comprehensive, and updated on a regular basis.
Book released via Amazon.
