Bought this book on Amazon after reading some fabulous reviews.

This was definitely a well written book and deftly plotted. But I keep trying with Philip Roth and I fell short again here. The novel tracks the life of a man through the status of his health. The theme of the body deteriorating is a disconcerting one... some of the details are icksome.

Anyway, I am glad I bought this book and I shall release it into the wild for someone else to appreciate.
