Actually, I ended up with this one since you all recommended it so highly. I seem to remember finding the Handmaid's Tale sort of depressing, but I'll give this one a try. Thanks!
Interesting but kind of a downer. Took me a while to get into it, but the second half went faster. I'll return this to TOC.
Thought I recognized the cover art (I guess that Art History course in high school was good for something after all) - here's a shot of the full thing: Hieronymous Bosch's "Garden of Earthly Delights" - it seems like an appropriate choice.
