Bought secondhand from a charity shop.

This book doesn't really get going for about the first 80 pages but it's worth persevering with. It's the story of forty-year-old Cordelia Grinstead who decides on a family holiday that she's had enough of her family and just goes for a walk along the beach and keeps on walking. She gets a lift with a truck driver with no idea where she's heading for and sets herself up with a new life. An interesting read with a slightly schmaltzy ending.
