A mixture of some useful but largely useless information that gives a little background in Native American knowledge. The conversations with the old Granny, No-Eyes, were so irritating that I thought I should let someone who is less cynical enjoy this. The blurb on the backcover babbles on about "renewing our relationship with ourselves and our earth" which is described as "sincere Earthway discussions enlivened by anecdotes from her life with old one and by numerous charts, tables, and recommendations for natural remedies." My husband bought it for me because I'm fairly curious about the natural remedies, which I hope someone else will have the time and inclination to investigate.
