The writing was very dark, the topic interesting.
Got the book when I heard it the previous reader was done; I'll pass it on to a friend.
The book twines 3 stories happening at the same place and time. I don't think any one story would be big enough for a book on its own, but the combination helps give a feeling for the time and place.
