No offence Bridget Jones fans...but I didn't really see what all the hype was about. Perhaps I wasn't in the right frame of mind - but I didn't really find it that funny. If anything - Bridget annoyed the bollocks out of me! Hopefully this will go to a well-deserving home!

I know that some people think that the Bridget Jones books are comedies. If they feel that way, I think they will be disappointed. They are more social commentaries, early chick lit of a bit more serious nature.
I enjoyed it thoroughly and will put them aside for my daughters before releasing.
