This is a sequel to "When the Wind Blows." Without having read the earlier novel, I couldn't get into this tale of genetically altered, winged humans. Don't know if I could have gotten into it if I HAD read the first book.

I was walking during my break at work and the book was lyng on a bench in a little park area. I picked it up to see if there might be someones name in it the found the sticker inside.

Wow! This is the first Bookcrossing book I've ever found without even looking! I was out for a walk on my way to the movies and I stumbled upon this book. When I saw it on the bench at the Sept. 11th memorial, I thought, "Aha! I'll bet this is a Bookcrossing book!" And of course it was!
I found this book in the park and released it in the same place. After reading it I had to read the first one and now I have heard there is a third which I hope to read also. I really liked the first two.
Who am I kidding? I'm never going to get around to reading this book! I'm going to be releasing it into the wild soon.

I released this book on the "Used Book Sale" shelves in the new Rockville library in Rockville Town Center. Go in the main doors from the outside and it is in a small room on your right as you head towards the main library doors.
