Purchased at the Bethesda Chevy-Chase High School book sale fundraiser.

For some reason, I didn't find this book nearly as interesting as I expected to, based on the subject matter and its rave critical reviews. The story was ultimately compelling and I'm glad I read it, but at several points along the way, particularly in the beginning, I had to force myself to keep reading. Hopefully the next reader will enjoy this book more than I did. (By the way, there was a ticket from a NY to Seoul flight stuck in the middle of this book, apparently a bookmark from a previous reader--it appears this book has already done some serious traveling.)
