A page-turner like all of Maeve Binchy's books, this one brings to life the colorful inhabitants of a small coastal town in Ireland. I couldn't quite swallow the ending, but otherwise enjoyed the book!

I had planned on giving this book to a member of my book group, since we were reading another Maeve Binchy book there. But I forgot, and we aren't meeting again for months. So... off to the wild with this one! :-) I am leaving this on the table in the entrance to the green house (växthuset) in the Botanical Gardens.
I had planned on giving this book to a member of my book group, since we were reading another Maeve Binchy book there. But I forgot, and we aren't meeting again for months. So... off to the wild with this one! :-) I am leaving this on the table in the entrance to the green house (växthuset) in the Botanical Gardens.
Maeve Binchy is a good storyteller, always catching my interest, but this book is not as good as her others.
I´m going to leave this book at a café nearby soon...
