I love Adrian Mole. Unfortunately I was bought two copies of this book last christmas.

I read the early Adrian Mole books when I was a teenager. Interested to see how he's grown up!
Picked up at the Coventry meet up in Liquid bar, Coventry yesterday.

Spent the afternoon / early evening in bed with the electric blanket on, escaping the snow by getting into the mind of a 35 year old man. (Let's face it, Adrian Mole is the only way it happens for me these days!)
Can't say too much without giving away the plot - disappointed he hadn't learnt by the age of 35 not to take out too many credit / store cards... amused by the Mr Kipling texts... appalled at the thought of Marigold... and trying to work out when Adrian Mole started criticising womens fashions.
And yes... Christine if you are reading this... I have rushed my way through a book, devouring it in one day. It's reserved for you now though!
