I really enjoyed this book. The letters from Nazneen's sister were just heartbreaking. As it was a great story, the political comment worked well and didn't feel forced in. Can't wait to see what she writes next.

On my way into town, quickly popped into the Always Sunday cafe and found another great book downstairs. Thanks bookfrogster..
Very moving tale of a young Bangladeshi woman married off at a young age to live in London with her chosen husband and her struggle to fit into the Western world. I liked this book very much but found it hard gong at times. However I did want to know what would happen to Nazneen and her family in the end and I was glad I perserved as I loved the ending.

RELEASE NOTES:
This was left on a bench near the Nordsee tables. It was such a lovely day, and I had just finished the book. I could not resist the urge to simply leave it out for a passer-by to find. It was gone the next day, so I hope someone is happily reading it.
