Not a good book. An easy read, but not much to enjoy. There are 203 "fables" in this book, most of them just a few lines long, and many of them make NO SENSE. I thought at least there would be some educational/historical interest in here, and it is indeed surprising how many of the "morals" are still common vernacular, but there's no real substance to this book. Unless you have nothing else to read, just skip it.
