No, this is not a home handyman book about windows, it is about Windows, Microsoft Windows - everything you ever wanted to know about designing them and the correct Microsoft approved standards or defaults for designing them. A bit out of date (it was 1991) but the basic concepts and defaults for Windows GUI design - drop down boxes, radio buttons, dialogue buttons, etc - are still the same.
