Quite an interesting, quick read. The main gist is that we are all part of the cycle of life and play a crucial role in it.

Drawing together strands from the worlds major religions and philosophies,the author formulates a new way of living yourlife, and "acting right" whatever the circumstances.
It's a fascinating book, and one that will appeal to the more esoterically minded reader.
