On an ATM.
I found this where it was left, on an ATM in Dunedin, NZ back in 2006. It has traveled with me from NZ to Australia, to Thailand, London, back to my native New York, cross the US in a car, and three different places in California. In all this time, I have read only one line of this book clearly: "The dogma that a shave is a shave is a mistake" p. 198.
