Long and twisting tale about a young boy in Barcelona and an old book he discovers. It's certainly very well written, and kept me turning the pages, but I wasn't as impressed by this as many people seem to have been. That said, it's worth reading for the brilliant character of Fermin alone.

Am afraid I never finished this! Just a bit too long and slow to get going. It's several months since I abandoned it about half-way through and don't think I will be able to pick up the thread. Releasing for someone else to have a go. Maybe I might try again at some point in the future though!
