I work at a pet trade magazine where we get lots of animal-related books to review. This is one I got to bring home.

I read most of this book while waiting for a brake job on my car to be finished. The best thing I could say about it is that it made my wait more tolerable. The mystical/spiritual aspects of the book were a little too out-there for me, but I'm sure someone with a more religious bent will appreciate it more than I did.

It's going on my available shelf for now; I may put it in the next round of the nonfiction virtual bookbox.
