One of Chomsky's easier reads, it's a series of interviews conducted by David Barsamian covering the period 3/2003-2/2005. The text is not dense and there are only 10 pages of endnotes.
Pretty standard stuff from Chomsky - pointing out the hypocrisy of American politicians and policy - clearly written and well documented. He makes a good case for Bush 2 being a war criminal (as well as most previous presidents).
