Didn't teach me anything new; I gave up midway through as his writing style is annoying.

I found this book at the blood bank during my volunteer shift. I am retired now, so I'm guessing this book is not aimed at me (besides, I'm not into self-help books), so I will pass this on. Thanks for leaving it there to be found :)

Interestingly, I have been at the blood bank several times since this book was released and I check for BC books, but I never saw this book there before my shift yesterday. Perhaps someone took it away to read and returned it. What a shame they didn't make an entry to give this book's 'history'.
