Excellent book - funny funny funny! Lord Vetinari gets it in his head to revive the Ankh-Morpork Central Post Office, and picks a most unlikely character to do the work for him. But can the post office really compete in the age of the clacks? Read and find out!
Although this is a DiscWorld novel, it is not part of any of the DiscWorld sub-series, and can be read and enjoyed even by people not familiar with the series (it was my first DiscWorld book).
Wondering which DiscWorld novel you should read first? Wondering which one comes next? Go to http://www.lspace.org/books/reading-order-guides/index.html for an excellent assortment of reading order guides for the DiscWorld novels.

Book arrived via USPS safe and sound. I can't wait to read this one - being a ex-postal worker I am going to really have a laugh. I can't wait to compare the USPS to the Moribund Postal Service.
Enjoyable book. Not one of my favorite Pratchett books. I only laughed out loud once, and I do believe it was because of a Postal joke. I did enjoy reading this - Pratchett has to believe that you have to laugh at yourself in order to avoid living life tooo seriously. I did work for the United States Postal Service for a few years and the Postal jokes were all too real. But, I'm also very proud and have a great appreciation for the USPS, so maybe I didn't relate to all the jokes. But, I do agree stamp collectors can be over the top - sometimes. Definitely one I would recommend to read.
It is currently in the USPS mail stream and on it's way to Norway. I hope it makes it. ;-)

Really looking forward to this one:) Will be my first discworld novel. Only read one Pratchett-book before (Good Omens), and I didn`t like it that much. I hope this one is better...
Thanx for letting me read it!

Arrived safely on Friday. I hope the poor little book doesn't suffer too much from our "freezing" sub-tropical winter weather! LOL
Another wonderfully wacky book from Mr Pratchett. Have posted it to Melanie on 26 July.
