I haven't read this book in a while. It's about a kid who gets trapped in a "bizarre phantom carnival" and has to escape to save his brother. The rides all reflect one of his fears. It's pretty good, but has kind of a video game plot in the beginning. The plot goes from ride to ride kind of formulaically, but it gets a lot better near the end.

Me and my friend went to seven eleven and on our way back I found a book sitting on the bench. I read it in one day. Then, I am going to give it to my friend and she is going to live it on a bench at myrtle beach.

well.... i went to 7-11 on Friday with my friend and we decided to sit down at a bench. Since the sun was in our eyes.. we moved to a different bench, which happened to be where the book was left. My friend wanted to read it first so i let her. Today at school she gave it to me to read! it is really interesting. Since i am going to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina this weekend for a softball tournament, i plan to leave it on a bench somewhere there. Since this book probably hasnt traveled outside of Maryland, i want to actually let it be a "traveling book"
