This has to be the best reference book of its kind, but is taking up too much shelf space, and (surprisingly)I hardly ever look at it. So here it is available for someone else to enjoy.
Zeer lezenswaardig over voedsel. Gelukkig in het Engels en niet in het Frans.
Always wondering how food is prepared and what kind of methods/techniques are used. If interesting I might ad it to my private collection.
