I read this a long time ago and found this particular ancient copy on the bookshelf in my classroom (1966 Pocket Books edition). I remember liking the book and throught I might clean it up and send it out into the wild. Given its age, I don't think it will last long, but hopefully a couple of people can enjoy this fine tale before the book self-destructs

I've cleaned up an ancient bookshelf in my classroom and told the students they are welcome to help themselves.

What a delightful book. It was given to me by my English teacher early last year, though it took me quite awhile to find the time to finish it. Though the book doesn't carry any deeply profound message, it was a pleasant read. In my opinion, one of the best aspects of reading Beau Geste was the fact that the book was written in 1924(?), therefore it contains a lot of archaic terms and phrases. I'll either pass this on to a friend or relative or I might just leave it in a coffee shop somewhere for someone else to stumble upon
