The clue is in the title...
This is a huge great lump of a book, I'm not sure I care enough about Frank Sinatra to warrant 557 pages of him but I'll see how I get on.
Well what a nasty piece of work our Mr Sinatra turns out to be. Then again there is no denying the many and extremely generous acts of charity and compassion he was capable of (mind you there is a suggestion that this was more for the tax-relief than the soul).
When alls said and done, he's still one of the greatest entertainers of the century.
