Maeve Binchy writes interesting novels with a lot of characters. This one involves a beautiful woman who disappears one night. Her family believes she has drowned in the lake, but was it an accident or intentional? Lives of the family members are followed for a number of years. Always engrossing.

This fella came along for good reading travels to the east. Sadly enough-midway through, this book got mistakingly left behind on the plane :o((( I hope it landed in friendly hands that will hopefully be eager to venture to BC and let us know it was found. My guess is it's stuck in LnF prison. Oh well...
