This is a strange but interesting book. The whole premise is intriguing (a woman living as a Catholic priest for 50 years.) The writing is good, the story sometimes funny and sometimes heart-breaking (occasionally a bit erotic). The many Native American names and phrases sometimes makes it difficult reading, but not overly so.
