Fun, funny, light mystery. Not too dark or violent; a good vacation read. Features Amelia Peabody ("female Indiana Jones"), set in c.1900 Egypt.

Finished it last night, and thought it a pretty entertaining read. It could have been better though, I am still not decided whether the predictability of the plot and characters was charming or annoying.

Picked the book up from ragsrobin's zone on my way home from work. This looks like exactly the type of book I need to read now. Looking forward to it!
Finished reading it in my summer vacation. The book was enjoyable, but also a bit annoying concerning how the British behaved in their Colonial days. But, anyway, I would say it is worth reading.
