This was pretty good- very much unlike anything I have ever read. I found it much more interesting in the beginning than the middle/end. It's got me curious about various herbs and how they are used. I have Garnetfairy's address and it will be going out to her in the next few days.

Journal Entry 10 by CheriePie from Campbell, California USA on Saturday, February 11, 2006
This was a great book, with just the right amount of suspense. The concepts of the wise woman, herbalist, and Witch were well portrayed, as was the dark side, Hecate, and death. From a Witch's standpoint, I was glad to see all the details pertaining to the Craft were well researched and accurate. And though the concepts of a dark path, which really do exist, may tend to show the Craft in a bit of a negative light, at least the portrayal was accurate.

I've PMed wyldewomin for her address and will get this in the mail to her shortly.

UPDATE 18-FEB-2006: This is packaged, labeled, and waiting to go in my mailbox for Tuesday (2/21/06) mail pickup.

Since I'm interested in herbs, magic &" woo-woo" stuff, I enjoyed reading about the herbalist journal that was found & its mystical entries.
