I can't even being to fully explain how excited I am to have crossed paths with a copy of this book again. About twenty years ago my mother had checked out a copy of the book for a family camping trip. She read it first and then it was my turn. I only got about a third of the way through it before the trip was over and it was time to return the book. My mother didn't think to renew it and the library decided to sell the book because it wasn't one of their popular titles any more. Boohoo!
