'Buddhism is a highly appropriate religion for bears to follow. It curbs more aggressive instincts and develops innate sensitivity to produce a well-rounded, harmonious individual. In a series of easily absorbed aphorisms, this manual covers the basic tenets of the religion, from compassion to meditation. It is the perfect introduction for every bear wishing to follow a spiritual path.'
For bears of all kinds, everywhere. Although I'm not a Buddhist, this religion can teach everyone a lot. I'm all for attempting to curb my aggressive instincts and developing my compassion, and possibly the world would be a much better place if everyone else did too. Just a thought...
I'm releasing this as part of the International Peace Day Release challenge, organised by 4-lele, on the 21st September. If you find this book, please let me know that it's found new home, however temporary, by making a journal entry.
