Shakespearean Detectives

Picked this up at the Book Thing, for BC.
From the cover -
Wonderfully entertaining mysteries, murder and all-round mayhem abound in this second volume of stories set in the world of Shakespeare's plays. Following on the success of Shakespearean Whodunits, editor Mike Ashley has put together another, equally inventive collection, completing the canon of the bard's plays and poems, and including 'forgotten' works such as Arden of Feversham, and A Yorkshire Tragedy, together with others attributed to him.
All the stories included have been especially written for the book, and are by masters of the medieval mystery.

Sadly, MaryZee passed suddenly in September 2012. MaryZee's daughter is now ready to rehome her mom's books and I was willing to collect and redistribute them to keep her literary legacy alive.
My parents gave me a copy of this book when it came out. Like most anthologies of this sort, the quality of the stories is uneven. Some are very good. Some too stylized. And some in between.

I initially wanted to keep and read this book, as it seemed quite interesting. Unfortunately, I think I need to read more Shakespeare in order to really delve into this one. Hopefully, someone out there will find some luck with it.
