Carl Hiaasen is insane. Luckily, his particular brand of insanity translates well to the written word. Some of the characters in this story are so "out there" that you can't possibly accept them as real ... but somehow you do as their situation unfolds. I consumed this story and closed it wanting more of lead character, Mick Stranahan.
