I enjoyed this book, even though it's not a particularly original story and there were just a few moments that seemed a bit too screenplay-ready. It will run you through plenty of emotions. At times you'll be reminded of Nick Hornby (a compliment) and there's an occassional Kramer vs. Kramer echo here too. Essentially, it's a generally light and now and then clever take on the parenthood version of sin and (hoped for) redemption.
