Don't Postpone Joy, a life of purpose and passion

A bargain buy but looks interesting

Very readable autobiography by a man living with HIV who contracted another life-threatening illness from a sandfly.
While he has obviously withheld some details of his life, there is more than enough honesty and grit to enable one to catch a glimpse of a life lived to the full.

I am supposed to be acting as courier to get this book to mecka-antics, but I think I might have to read it first - it sounds interesting!

Futurecat was quicker than I was. Passed to her for another ChchBC'er but she is going to read it first!!

I'd never heard of Peter Taylor before reading this - he certainly has had a busy life! The book was interesting, but I found him a bit smug at times about how much wiser and better motivated he is than everyone else. He also seems to have been a bit ruthless with his friends and family in his quest for the top - it was amazing how many people he dropped once they weren't useful to him any more. I was left with the impression that he was a very interesting person who I wouldn't get on with at all if I met him in real life.
