This is a book that I picked up from the Ramstein Air Base (GERMANY) Library Free Book Exchange shelf.

I plan to register this book, take a quick look through it and then release it back into the community where I hope that it will be enjoyed (and perhaps journaled) by a child and his/her parents. Since this book is short and designed for children rather than adults I will most likely not offer a review.

BookCrossing is a fun project that could be used to spark an interest in geography as the books are tracked from place to place. Even if they never leave the area they can be tracked on detailed maps of the buildings on the base or similar activities. Other benefits of BookCrossing with children could be learning to write book reviews into the journal entries and being exposed to books that one might not ordinarily know about. (All of these activities for children are best done with parents while on the internet.)
