Ups, hab das Buch bei der Ladies Night eingesteckt, aber leider den Eintrag vergessen!
Hab e mittlerweile gelesen, sehr nett und amüsant, denn ich bin der typische Schokoholic :-)
Man merkt auch nicht, dass das Buch schon recht alt ist (aus dem Jahr 1982)Schokolade ist einfach immer "in" ;-)
Das Buch wandert heute weiter zu concertina oder SabinaLorenz, beide haben Interesse daran gezeigt.

Lots of important facts about chocolate e.g. the different chocolate profiles. I would have liked to see more recipes, however the ones added to the book seem to be very good...
I liked the nice pictures designed around chocolate!
