Ooh, scary mystery story. I love mysteries, but don't like scary bad guys. LOL. It sort of reminded me of a couple books I read by Harlan Coben -- really intense, great story line, but scary as heck in some parts.

This is apparently the second in a series about bounty hunter Dixie Flannigan. It deals with her boyfriend, a movie stars daughter, and a scary rapist guy who gets away scot free. Until a bunch of vigilantes gets to him, that is.

It's set in Houston, which I found totally cool since I live here. I knew most of the places talked about in the story and that's always fun.

I found this book in an alley / driveway behind a McDonald's drive-thru along with about 5 other books! It's now available for trade or rabck!
