This Book is Currently in the Wild!

If you have a twisted sense of humor, this book is for you. Fans of the 1996 film will really enjoy the novel. Reading the book was like learning a new language because of the heavey use of Scottish slang. and the glossary in the back helped immensely. The book is equally sad and hilarious, and an overall great read.

I was trying hard to be good and not take any books at yesterday's meet-up. This book tempted me beyond my will-power because I found the fact that it was written entirely in Scots dialect to be fascinating!
