Vastly overpriced in local bookshops (NZ $65!) due to it being part of Computer book publisher O'Reily's range - computer books always carry a premiumn here for some reason.

Stumbled upon the related blog last year and finally got hold of the book in March this year..due to my attention being spread thin its taken to late May to finish it.
Following the pattern of the other "[X} Hacks" series this book is made up of 100 numbered mini articles. You can dip in and out at leisure although they are ordered in themed sections and all add up to make some points.
The subject of course is the human mind/brain and all the nifty little tricks and sneaks it uses to make sense of the surrounding world. The info is bang up-to-date (well circa 2004 anyway) and is for the most part utterly fascinating.
