Hi there. I've got this through www.titletrader.com ( a trade site for books, dvd's and other stuff)
I did own a copy of Tis once, but during my first year on bookcrossing I always felt obliged to read a book in a very timely manner and let it travel again.
So what did I do back then, because I had so much tbr I decided to release my copy of Tis,without reading.
last week I watched Angela's ashes on TV and wanted to know what had happen with frank so I am glad I was able to get another copy.
Will let you know my thoughts on this book.
thanks for sharing Molyneux (and caffcaff)

Read and enjoyed but I agree with most, it is not as good as Angela's Ashes.
It bugged me that he acted like his father, but i am glad I've read it, cause otherwise I would have always been curious how he became a writer.
thanks for sharing Molyneux
reserved for bookbox to MieLH

This book is save with me now :o) It arrived today in a massive book-box from Marlene-TC in The Netherlands - oh my, soooo many books!! What a great RABCK :D Thank you so much!
I already have "Angelas Ashes" on my PC-shelf (not BC-book), but I haven't read it yet. I'm looking forward to reading both.

Just a tiny note!
This book has been on mount TBR for waaaay to long! I picked it up a couple of days ago, and when I first started reading I instantly felt that I wish that I could just read and forget all about the world around me :) Sadly, that is not possible. I'll be starting a new job as a teacher soon and there's tonz of planning to do before I can start teaching.
But this is just a tiny note to let previous readers know that this book is not lost! It's been waiting for a while on my shelf and is now by my bedside waiting for me to read a few pages every once in a while.

Oh, this was a good read :) Even though it has taken me practically seven months to finish this book, I never found it hard to pick it up again. I started reading just a couple of weeks before my first year as a new teacher started, and that's why it's taken me so long.
Frank McCourt has taken me along his interessting journey, and I will without a doubt follow him through "teacher man", too :) I thoroughly enjoy the way he writes and the way he portrays the people he meets along the way.
Thank you for sharing this with me :) I will make sure this book travels soon ... somehow :)

This book is now on its way to hippolein in Finland. I hope it arrives safely soon :)
Book arrived safely today. Thanks a lot for sending it!
Look forward to reading it, although my wife seems to think I should read Angela's Ashes first...
