I would like to dedicate this book to the often forgotten children who suffer from Arthritis, as I was one once, and dedicate it to Georgia Fisher who is 5 years old and is taking part in the arc Noddy appeal in June 2005. I picked up the book at Esporta Health Club in the ladies changing room. I read it on holiday and I left it in the Marina Skorpios Hotel in Majorca.
