I have lost my smile,
but don't worry.
The dandelion has it.

A book about how to use the practice of mindfulness to access peace in every moment, every breath and every step. Lots of good tips on how to fit time for mindfulness into busy lives in a hectic world.

I really found some of the meditations useful - especially as I've just taken up yoga. I was very taken with the concept of inter-being.

I think some of the anger stuff - well, you'd have to be a saint, but it's an approach worth trying, I guess.

Have PM'ed chelseagirl for he address

Arrived safely this morning. Another ring book I don't remember signing up for! That's probably the best part of BookCrossing, having books just turn up out of the blue (or so it seems!)

This sounds really interesting, and as I'm in the middle of a house move I could certainly do with finding some inner peace! Only problem is I'm a bit behind on ring books at the moment and have four ahead of this one in the queue, but I'll get to it as soon as possible. thanks :0)

Like beebarf says, lots of interesting ideas in here, and the book is really enjoyable to read. I did find it got a little bit repetitive sometimes though, but then I guess that's the nature of meditation! I like the idea that a lot of these methods can be used during everyday life, although I haven't really tried many out. I think perhaps this is a book to own and read slowly, so you can take everything in and practice the ideas, rather than reading quickly!

I'll pass it on to Psychjo as soon as possible. Thanks for sharing :0)

Thanks Chelseagirl for sending this on and Kittiwake for sending it out on the ring - it arrived a couple of days ago, but haven't had a chance to register til now, so sorry for that.

Had a quick look and looks interesting, especially timely as just starting a new, more in depth yoga course.

I've had this book for ages and it's really time to move it on. I've started to read, but think it's a great one for dipping into, so think I'll look out for my own copy. Lots of lovely ideas.

Will send on to Jenatleisure as soon as I can.
