It was an ok book. I'm sure those that like Oprah's picks will probably better enjoy this book than I did.

Arrived today! I got this through the BookRelay and it was my first time using it... so Thanks very much.
I can't wait to get into it. I've heard great things about this book.

I liked this book and found it a quick read. In particular, I liked the main character, Julie. She was sweet and smart, yet occasionally naive. She was hard-working and modest, but knew her own worth as a woman. I thought she was terrific. I didn't much care for her husband, Hank, but could see why she was so in love with him. It was a study of their first year of marriage, what Julie learned about Hank, and what Julie learned about herself. I'm glad I didn't buy it, though.
